How to add brands to your account ?

To add any new brand to your account, follow these steps


Creating a brand entity

  1. Click on the icon where the currently selected brand is being displayed.
  2. Click on Add Brand (this option will only be visible to admin/owner).
  3. A pop-up will open asking you to enter metadata for the brand (Name, Industry, Website, Platform, Location).
  4. After entering the details, click on Next.



Connecting Facebook Ad Account

  1. Click on Continue to Facebook
  2. A page asking you to grant Kartapult access to your ad accounts will open. Click on Allow.
  3. Select the ad account that is associated with the brand.
  4. Select the catalog that is associated with the ad account.
  5. Select the pixel that is associated with the ad account.
  6. Select the Facebook page that is associated with the ad account.
  7. Select the Instagram account that is associated with the ad account (if your not getting any option for this field, this will be because your Facebook page and Instagram account are not linked).
  8. Click on Save.



Connecting Google Ad Account

  1. Click on Continue to Google
  2. Select the Google account from the pop-up and grant the permissions to Kartapult to fetch your ad account details.
  3. Select the ad account that is associated with the brand.
  4. Enter Google-verified domain URL (optional).
  5. Enter brand-associated words (optional).
  6. Click on Save.



Connecting Google Analytics Account

  1. Click on Continue to Google
  2. Select the Google account from the pop-up and grant the permissions to Kartapult to fetch your GA account details.
  3. Select the GA account that is associated with the brand.
  4. Choose the default UTM URL that will be used while launching Facebook ads.
  5. Click on Save.



Note

  • You are required to add at least 1 ad account. You cannot skip both.
  • You can skip adding Google Analytics account.
  • If you have already added any ad account and you want to change it, you can go to Brand Settings and click on disconnect and connect again to sync the required account.
