Then using this button, you can pause or resume your ad.

To resume an ad immediately, you can simply click on this button. And if you wish to schedule this action for a later time, that option is also available from this button.

For a more refined view, you can use the basic filter button by which you can filter your ad by name, status, ID, metric, or campaign type.
